That was fucking brilliant my friend. My podcast the @wellwatchers are HUGE fans of your PROPHET run. If you ever do a show over in the states let us know so we can do an interview. Again awesome stuff and I hope to see more!
I’m throwing money at the screen! Why won’t anyone take it for this?!
This was a great read. Doing this within 24 hours is mighty impressive. I like the line work and style you went with, and how its clean yet still distinctly different after you went back and cleaned up the drawings.
All I would ask is that you DON’T write a sequel. Sequels seem to always be written for something, but I feel like this is a nice, contained story that ends on a somber, yet poignant, note.

I am a maker of Bisaya Short Films at the Global Solutions Provider bisayafilms.blogspot.com and I come from the Philippines where monkeys of all bread abound. Monkeys in the politics. Hey Simon, I’ve been on stuck on a tiny sub-Antarctic Island in for the last 11 months, with 3 months to go. Population: 21. We man a remote research station. Most of the men on the island, including myself, look similar to your Brain character at this stage, complete with beard and top-knot. I found this and had to show my team mates- as we are all getting to that point of the expedition when we are looking forward to coming home.
We really enjoyed it very much. So thank you man.
Brilliant m8! I read the finitely read the trade version of this if you were to make it. Also, saw up there that you worked on Prophet. Another absolute favorite of mine, kudos for being involved with another brilliant one. I’ll go back and reread it and find your stuff.
Great stuff, Simon!
really cool…….
Great work. That has to be the best pacing I’ve seen come out of a 24 hour comic. Fantastic!

Could not stop scrolling.
The vulgarity was a little much but the story and drawing was fantastic.
Yea, because when you’re trapped on a remote island with a talking gorilla you tend to watch your language…
awesome content, great pacing, really digging this. btw, what do you mean by redrawn in description of title?
Well, I drew a rough version at the actual 24 Hour Comic event, then drew this tighter version for print and distribution.
Really good stuff

I do in fact – the content isn’t all of this tone, though. Be warned, dinosaurs abound. http://povorot.deviantart.com/
