Study Group Comics has a podcast! Join hosts Zack Soto (Secret Voice, Power Button) & Mike Dawson (Rules For Dating My Daughter, Troop 142) as they discuss their own creative processes, comic art, family life, and a ton of other stuff.
Each episode finds a new guest from the world of comics joining Mike & Zack for an in depth conversation, and occasional guest segments from their pals around the world.

Our First Guest: Vanessa Davis!

One of our favorite cartoonists, Vanessa joins us to talk about what she’s up to lately, celebrity sightings (sorta not really), her recent webcomics series on The Paris Review, and kicks off a sure to be re-occurring feature: Formative Works – aka We talk to cartoonists about the comics and art that have affected their own comics creation. This time, Vanessa talks up 100 Demons by Lynda Barry & Charlotte: Life or Theater by Charlotte Salomon.

It’s a long one at 2 hours & change, but there was a lot to get through. We hope you enjoy it!
