It is really impressive and great characterization, but I don’t get what the black splotches he sees are meant to be. Blood? From what? I don’t get that part. Still, good stuff. Warren is an amusing chap.
Brady, it’s milk. I thought about making it more explicit but it’s not my style to make a fuss about the gross parts. Maybe I will tweak it, though. I appreciate the feedback, glad you’re enjoying the story!

Okay, I showed my almost-three-year-old the relevant page, and asked him what he saw. “The guy is nursing on her nipple,” he said. “And then he’s saying, ‘Oh no! I’m not a baby!’” So I think I definitely won’t be making it more explicit.
